Tensions between Graiguecullen and Killeshin GAA clubs after “poaching” accusation

Graiguecullen issued a statement on the matter on Thursday

Graiguecullen Gaa Club has released a statement today insinuating that Killeshin Gaa are poaching their players.

The statement claims that adults and juveniles from Killeshin dropped leaflets into housing estates in the Graiguecullen catchment area on Tuesday the 12th of February.

They say this move was offensive, insulting and it goes against the ethos of the gaa.

KCLR Live contacted Graiguecullen who declined an invite to speak on air, however Gavin Deering from Killeshin did come one the show, he says he cant understand the reaction from Graiguecullen.
