“Switching Anne Dalton to attack has made a huge difference” says Kilkenny’s Claire Phelan

Kilkenny Senior Camogie Player Claire Phelan says that switching Anne Dalton to attack has made a huge difference.

Speaking ahead of tomorrow’s All-Ireland Final against Galway, Claire says that her positional switch has improved the scoring rate immensely.

She said “Anne is a brilliant player, she is one of the best I suppose of this generation and when she has that freedom, she can do anything with the ball in her hands so obviously she has been bringing in huge scores and setting up even more scores for the team so to have her in that role is brilliant, and it has brought extra to the team definitely”.
