St Mullin’s Marty Kavanagh says their success this year gives hope to every club in Ireland

They take on the mighty Ballyhale Shamrocks in the Leinster Senior Hurling Final

St. Mullins Senior Forward Marty Kavanagh says their progression and success in reaching this year’s Leinster Senior Final gives hope for every club in Ireland.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s showdown with Ballyhale Shamrocks, Marty says they are looking forward to playing the Country’s top club Team.

He said “Yeah, I suppose that’s the great thing about Club Championships is that I suppose a surprise packet as such does always kind of go far in the Championship and that gives hope for every club in Ireland so thankfully we are going well this year after beating Cuala and Rathdowney now so obviously we have a huge test on Sunday against Ballyhale Shamrocks, obviously Club All-Ireland Champions so again we are looking forward to it and hopefully we will see how it goes on the day”.
