Palatine Senior Football Selector John Nolan says that Team Manager Billy Sheehan has placed a strong emphasis on honesty and work-rate.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of tomorrow’s (Sunday) County Final against Eire Og, Billy says he has prioritized the younger contingent and made them central figures to their performances throughout the season.

He said “Billy has brought a lot of honesty to us. He is hard working, he has brought a new fresh impetus to the squad to the club to approach to training, he has worked very hard in the background, what he has done really is he has invested in youth this year and he has brought a lot of young lads into the fray and make them big players out of them now this year”
