Kirsty Hayes making huge progress in Marble City Kettlebell Club says Mark Stapleton

The 17-year-old club member has made remarkable progress up the ranks he says

Marble City Kettlebell Club member Mark Stapleton says that 17-year-old club member Kirsty Hayes has made remarkable progress up the ranks.

Speaking to KCLR, Mark outlines the progress Kirsty has made.

He said “In Kettlebell lifting you have ranks that people achieve, it comes from the old Soviet system so Kirsty would have received her Master of Sport”.

“So if you were equivalent in Martial Arts for instance, you would say that’s like a black belt so it’s like one of your highest kinds of levels that you kind of achieve in the sport so Kirsty achieved that so it’s quite a big thing for the club”.
