Kilkenny Athletics PRO says European Championships is Ciara Deely’s chance to prove herself

Perri Williams says that the Kilkenny City Harrier Athlete is multi-talented

Kilkenny Athletics Club PRO Perri Williams says that the upcoming European Games in Minks Belarus later in the month will be Ciara Deely’s chance to prove herself on the International Stage.

Speaking to KCLR, Perri says that the Kilkenny City Harrier Athlete is multi-talented.

“Ciara is an emerging talent over 400 metres, she competed in the World 400 metres Juniors last year, currently ranked second in the Junior ranks behind Davita Patterson of Beechmount in Belfast”.

“She is doing very well, and this will be Ciara’s chance now to kind of prove herself, Ciara is also doing very well at the 400 metre hurdles at the moment, an event that actually was her forte in her early years of Athletics so we will just watch this space with regard to Ciara and see what event she evolves in”.
