“Defeat against Mullinalaghta has taught us a lot” says Eire Og’s Sean Gannon

They were beaten in the Semi Final stage last year and were down to twelve men by the end of the game

Eire Og’s Sean Gannon says last years heavy defeat to Mullinalaghta has taught them a lot of lessons that they’re putting right in this years Championship.

They were beaten in the Semi Final stage and were down to 12 men by the end of the game.

Sean says they took a lot from that defeat….

“We just kind of came up against Mullinalaghta and in fairness they proved they are a very good team and especially maybe last year things didn’t go our way and we got people sent off early which we have learned from, and we have learned from Mullinalaghta I suppose, they’ve done incredible things and we are hoping to emulate them”.

We have live commentary of the game here with thanks to Teach Dolmain.
