Kilkenny Senior Hurling Manager Brian Cody admits they weren’t expected to reach this years All-Ireland Final.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s showdown Brian says they are very happy to have reached Sunday’s Final against the odds.

“Very few people would have predicted it, I would say Tipp were fancied to get there alright” said the Kilkenny manager.

“We wouldn’t have been fancied to get there but look we are very very happy to be there and obviously we know it’s going to be a huge challenge”.
