Ballymurphy Celtic looking to climb higher on the table this year in the Carlow & District League

The South Carlow side sat near the bottom of the Premier Division table last year.

The management at Ballymurphy Celtic say it’s back to basics again this year as they continue to prepare for the new season.

They are working with one of the smallest panels in the county but they say it’s a very committed one.

They want to climb the table this year though and try to avoid getting caught in a relegation fight.
