Kilkenny United’s Bethany Carroll (front row, fourth from left) is the latest on the local front to be considered for international football.
Following a string of solid displays this season, Carroll has been called up for trials with the U19 Republic of Ireland squad. Kilkenny United picked up another rare win this season with a 3-1 victory over TEK United in the opening round of the FAI Women’s Senior Cup at the weekend.
